The annual report from the Chairman of the Parish Council is presented to the annual Parish/Community meeting, usually held in March, and is then included in the minutes of the meeting.
Additional information may also be included for such things as strategies, parish plans, performance indicators, internal and/or external audits, inspections, reviews, quality status, and any local charters drawn up in accordance with guidelines produced by the Department for Communities & Local Government (DCLG).
